This help menu is found throughout the system to answer your commonly asked questions.
Creating an Account and Registering
To start off, click on "Register Now", This will take you through the registration process from selecting an event, to entering your details, agreeing to terms and conditions and payment (if required).
Once you have have completed your registration an invoice will be emailed to you with the details and your login information for the members portal. Be sure to check your spam folder as some system generated emails often get allocated to spam.
Accessing the Members Portal
Click on the "My Account" link in the top menu to access the members portal entry.
If you do not know your password or even your username, you can enter your email or username into the password recovery tool and get the details sent to you via SMS or by email.
If you experience any issues during signup, use the help in the bottom right to give you information on how to use the signup or members portal.
